Ad Exchanger reports that the un-carrier's new program is called App Insights, and it's now fully operational after spending a year in beta. The program allows third-party marketers to buy T-Mobile customer data and centers around a key piece of information that it has unique access to: what apps you use. https://www.theverge.com/2022/6/24/23181851/t-mobile-browsing-data-app-insights-marketing-opt-out -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)

Earlier this week, Dish and T-Mobile said they've agreed to new terms related to their master network services agreement. The same day, Reach Mobile said it struck an agreement that extends a multi-year MVNO agreement through which T-Mobile will continue to serve as the network for Reach Mobile's nationwide subscribers. The companies didn't reveal terms of the deal. https://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/reach-mobile-extends-wholesale-deal-t-mobile -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)

As reported by Light Reading, this is just a single lawsuit from a single person, but the plaintiff is aiming to rope in other customers that purchased Sprint 5G-compatible devices without being informed of the shutdown that lost 5G access, with up to 75,000 phones potentially affected - that's a lot of potential customers that could be included if the suit continues and the class is certified. https://www.androidpolice.com/t-mobile-sprint-5g-lawsuit/ -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)
