The report will include (i) a summary of how the NHTSA and NTIA are jointly executing the charge to facilitate coordination and communication between Federal, state, and local entities and provide grants to eligible entities, including states, for 9-1-1 implementation and improvements; and (ii) progress made by federal 9-1-1 call centers to implement NG9-1-1. https://tinyurl.com/3bsss4rt -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)

In Panzarella v. Navient Solutions, Inc, a divided panel of the Third Circuit held that merely using a system with the capacity to be an ATDS to send the challenged text or message is not enough to establish a violation. https://tinyurl.com/cs47532y -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)

Magee With tens of billions of dollars being made available for rural broadband infrastructure projects, electric utilities - including rural electric cooperatives, publicly owned power companies, and investor owned utilities - stand ready to play a crucial role in bringing broadband to unserved and underserved areas of the U.S. Easement issues are a significant concern for many of them. https://tinyurl.com/yyx3c43u -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline links callers to one of more than 200 groups and call centers run by the likes of The Samaritans and helps get them through some of their lowest moments. Mental health advocates have been pushing to get the service onto a shortcode for a long time, though, and we're only now seeing the fruits of years of work to bring the Lifeline to 988. https://www.androidpolice.com/988-suicide-crisis-lifeline-live/ -- (Please remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly)
