Although it was music companies that really got things going in terms to targeting ISPs over their copyright infringing customers, with BMG and then the majors successfully going after Cox Communications, this consortium of independent film-makers has been particularly prolific when it comes to filing lawsuits of this kind, against various ISPs and other internet firms. https://tinyurl.com/bdh6dpf3

Discovery for failing to disclose a concentration related to the separation of Warnermedia's business in Mexico.
